Dentalbuild completed a full refurbishment of a dental practice, which was executed in stages to allow the practice to remain operational throughout the project. The refurbishment encompassed all surgeries in an old building spread over multiple floors.

Each surgery underwent extensive repairs, including fixing existing walls and subfloors and installing new grid ceilings, plumbing, electrical systems, and flooring.

The basement was transformed into storage and staff areas. The reception area required a significant structural overhaul, involving the removal of a large chimney breast and the installation of a substantial steel framework to create a new, open-plan reception and waiting area. This project skillfully balanced maintaining the practice’s operations with delivering comprehensive updates and modernisations.
