Gosport

Gosport was a unique project for the Dentalbuild team, the conversion of an old pub and hotel into a new 16 surgery dental practice presented many challenges, the listed building had to be completely stripped out, floors lifted and structural changes to ensure we could deliver a fully compliant and DDA accessible practice. In the heart of the community this project was part of a detailed planning application that will see the flats above the premises refurbished as part of the second phase of the build. Dentalbuild also supplied and fitted all the cabinetry to this practice.

This project was delivered by the Dentalbuild team in just 18 weeks from start to finish and project managed by our own fantastic team working alongside architects, the local planning authority and building control.

A new heating system, new flooring and air conditioning throughout the practice has seen quite a transformation to the old building, logistically the challenges on this project were huge, converting an old pub into a brand new dental practice was never going to be easy, but we are proud to say that the project was delivered on time, in budget and Gosport has now been blessed with a fantastic addition to the community which makes fantastic use of what is an impressive building with ample parking and excellent access.
