Conversion of an empty shell commercial premises underneath a residential block of flats, this was a 16 week build which involved the installation of a new suspended floor and the creation of a new 5 surgery practice, Decontamination Area, Staff Facilities and DDA toilet.

The project provided a logistical challenge with occupied residential flats above the premises and various restrictions in terms of the HVAC requirements of the practice, however the practice was delivered on time and in budget working alongside SPS Dental (equipment and cabinetry).
